Megan Allen, MFT - Group Facilitator
Megan is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been facilitating domestic violence groups since 1995 and has extensive experience working with issues of conflict and anger. She also has a private practice in Corte Madera, where she works with individuals, couples, and groups. In addition, Megan has 10 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed adolescent boys.

Stefan Benton, MFT - Co-Director
Stefan is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been facilitating anger management and domestic violence treatment groups since 1996. He was the coordinator of the Alternatives To Violence program and a member of the San Mateo County Domestic Violence Council. In addition, Stefan has a private practice in Corte Madera, working with individuals, couples, and families.

Michael Mesmer, MFT - Co-Director, Group Facilitator
Michael is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Grief Counselor with 30 years of experience leading groups, including teens on survival courses; drumming circles for support groups; and school children in theater improvisation. Michael also works with adults, couples, families, teens and groups in his private practice in San Rafael.
